Locad’s new tracking information feature now brings you closer to your customer and keeps them in loop with details that matter!
What has been launched?
Giving more power to our merchants, Locad’s new feature enables you to communicate with the customer till the delivery.
- Merchants can now send Tracking Information to the customers as soon as the package leaves the Locad Warehouse.
- The communication consists of info Tracking URL, and Courier Partner details. This is sent to the email address provided by the customer as a part of their address.
How to use the Tracking Information feature?
- Access the ‘Account Settings’ page from the left panel on the OMS.
- Switch on the button in the section – ‘Send Tracking Info to Customer’
- By default, this notification is ‘Switched Off’ for the brands.
