Cross-border paperwork fails on small things: a classification that does not match the goods, a tax charged on a base you did not expect, a packing list that disagrees with the invoice. These four work on the same shipment, in the order customs reads it.

How they fit together
From Purchase Order to Delivered Parcel
The tools follow the order of a real inbound-to-outbound cycle, and most of them hand a number to the next one.
- Raise the order. Build the purchase order for your supplier, with line items, tax and delivery terms, and send it as a PDF.
- Size the inbound shipment. Convert the supplier's carton dimensions into CBM to see how much container or pallet space the order needs.
- Check how it will be billed. Run the same cartons through volumetric or dimensional weight to find the billable weight, or freight class if it is moving LTL in the US.
- Cost the fulfilment side. Work out cost per order, and compare provider quotes on identical line items before you commit.
