You agree to indemnify and hold harmless www.golocad.com a digital property of LOGISTECH SOLUTIONS PTE LTD  and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under these Terms of Use. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

Although this Website / Mobile Site may link to other websites, we are not, directly or indirectly, implying any approval, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any linked website, unless specifically stated herein. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and does not warrant the offerings of, any businesses or individuals or the content of their websites. Although LOCAD will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of LOCAD or such other parties as the case may be, due to any unauthorized use of your account.

5.1. This Website/ Mobile Site are intended for users of the Website/ Mobile Site only. All content and materials available on Locad, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of LOCAD and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this Website/ Mobile Site is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by LOCAD.

All the content published, featured or displayed on the Website/ Mobile Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, data, images (photographic and moving), illustrations, software and selection and arrangement thereof (“Content“), is owned by us. Any Content will be published, featured or displayed on the Website/ Mobile Site with the prior agreement with LOCAD.

7.3. You may not use meta-tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing content or any other name, trade mark or product name of LOCAD without our prior written permission.

In addition, the look and feel of the Website/ Mobile Site, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts, trade mark and/or trade dress of LOCAD and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without LOCAD’s prior written permission. 9.1. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are governed by and shall be construed according to the laws of Singapore. The acceptance of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall be deemed to have been given at Singapore. Any dispute arising out of these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall be resolved through arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in Singapore in English language, in accordance with the Rules of Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC) by a sole arbitrator who shall be appointed by the Company and the award made in pursuance thereof shall be binding on the parties. The dispute resolution and arbitration process mentioned in this Section will not prohibit the Company from approaching the courts for appropriate interim reliefs.

9.2. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. LOCAD’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not be considered a waiver of those rights.


10.1. Unless otherwise expressed, Locad expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.


11.1 LOCAD does not make any representation or warranty about the Website/ Mobile Site or the services and products, except as expressly stated in the Terms of Use. Nothing on the Website/ Mobile Site is to be deemed as authoritative advice (whether legal, medical, financial, etc.) of any kind.

11.2. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Website/ Mobile Site. We will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems you may experience with the Website/ Mobile Site. 

11.3. This disclaimer constitutes an essential part of these Terms of Use. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the Website/ Mobile Site, its services or these Terms of Use.

13.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An Event Outside Our Control is defined below.

An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, national or local lockdown, or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks, or impossibility of the use of shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

13.3. If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a contract:

13.4 We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you and our obligations under the contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.

10.1. At LOCAD, we place a major emphasis on maintaining the confidentiality of Client information and Information Security Management. The following are key features of our Confidentiality Agreement, applicable to all our clients.

a) We do not disclose any information pertaining to our Clients to any third parties.

b) We do not use our Clients identity or Clients brand for our marketing purposes, without their written consent.

c) We never provide our Client’s name or Client’s information to other prospective clients for marketing purposes.

d) We do not sell or disclose our Client list or Client Information to third parties.


11.1 It is understood and agreed that an LOCAD Client may provide certain information that is and must be kept confidential. To ensure the protection of such information, and to preserve any confidentiality necessary under patent and/or trade secret laws, it is agreed that:

a) The Confidential Information to be disclosed can be described as and includes Invention description(s), technical and business information relating to proprietary ideas and inventions, ideas, patentable ideas, trade secrets, drawings and/or illustrations, patent searches, existing and/or contemplated products and services, research and development, production, costs, profit and margin information, finances and financial projections, customers, clients, marketing, and current or future business plans and models, regardless of whether such information is designated as “Confidential Information” at the time of its disclosure.

b) LOCAD shall limit disclosure of Confidential Information within its own organization to its directors, officers, partners, members, employees and/or independent contractors (collectively referred to as “affiliates”) having a need to know. LOCAD and affiliates will not disclose the confidential information obtained from the discloser unless required to do so by law.

c) This Agreement imposes no obligation upon LOCAD with respect to any Confidential Information (a) that was in LOCAD’s possession before receipt from LOCAD’s Client; (b) is or becomes a matter of public knowledge through no fault of LOCAD; (c) is rightfully received by LOCAD from a third party not owing a duty of confidentiality to the LOCAD Client; (d) is disclosed without a duty of confidentiality to a third party by, or with the authorization of LOCAD; (e) is public knowledge or the information is available in public domain; or (f) is independently derived by LOCAD.

d) This Agreement states the entire agreement between LOCAD and LOCAD’S Client concerning the disclosure of Confidential Information. Any addition or modification to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by the parties.

e) If any of the provisions of this Agreement are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of the Agreement as a whole.

f) You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you, as explained above, and may incur criminal or civil liability.




13.1 The entire contents of the Website are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The owner of the copyrights and trademarks are Locad, its affiliates or other third-party licensors. 

13.2. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute, in any manner, the material on the Website, including text, graphics, code and/or software. 

13.3. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the Website solely for your own non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials. You agree to grant to Locad a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, with the right to sub-license, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information (including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or improved products and services) you submit to any public areas of the Website (such as bulletin boards, forums and newsgroups) or by e-mail to Locad by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed. Except for Locad – identified information, products or services, all information, products and services offered through the Website or on the Internet generally are offered by third parties that are not affiliated with Locad. You also understand that Locad cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Website will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties.
