Clone your Orders:

You can now easily duplicate the previously created orders from the Actions Column of the B2B Track Orders page!
This functionality is applicable on all orders in the following statuses:
– ‘Confirmed’, ‘Ready for Picking’, ‘Picking’, and ‘Completed’

Delete your Orders:

Clear up your view and easily delete the ‘Draft’ orders that were accidentally created or are no longer needed, from your B2B tracking page! Head to the Actions Column of the B2B tracking page to process this.

Delete your Orders:

In the event of not processing an order in the ‘Confirmed’ state, simply head to the Actions Column of the B2B Track Order page and cancel the order! This will greatly reduce your dependency on the Customer Success team for every minute change.

Can users also Edit their orders?

B2B orders that are in the processing stage and have not yet been pushed to the Warehouse Management system (WMS) can be edited/modified (all data fields can be edited)

In the event of the order being pushed to the Warehouse Management system (WMS), only the Carrier and Tracking Number fields are editable.

Things to note: Be on the outlook!

At Locad, as long as the order is not pushed to the Warehouse Management System (WMS), we hold all B2B orders in our Order Management System (OMS) and don’t push them for processing till T-3 days (T being the Order Delivery Date or the Pick-Up Date chosen by the merchant)

In the event Order Creation Date is 2 Days/48 Hours away from the Delivery Date chosen, then the orders are pushed for processing to the Warehouse, almost immediately.
